About Netarhat :
Netarhat is located 156 km west of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, which now comes to Latehar district. Netarhat, situated on an altitude of 3700 feet above sea level, is mainly the traditional habitat of the Asur primitive Adivasi community. These Asur people have discovered the iron through which the world today has reached this step of development. In the colonial days, the British made it its center of tourism due to its beautiful natural heritage.

Seek wisdom, not knowledge. Knowledge is of the past, Wisdom is of the future.
